Set inside the private showroom of Maison Unique Longchamp’s flagship in SoHo, the event gathered a vibrant community united by a shared vision: shaping the future of customer experience.
Beginning with a warm welcome from Regina Azikhanova, General Manager Odity New York, we introduced through a screening,our New York Odity Office.

Our Guest Speaker, Marie Driscoll, Luxury & Retail Expert, offered an insightful Talk on the trends that are shaping customer relationship across the luxury sector and how “every interaction matters more than ever.”
